We are looking for people that are good problem solvers, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner, wanting to provide the highest standard of customer service possible.
SIA License (Advantageous but training provided for the right candidate/s) but if you have good service, people related experience we would like to talk to you.

Carrying out duties relating to monitoring CCTV & Alarm systems
Dispatching appropriate emergency services and/or keyholders
Fielding inbound telephone & email enquiries
Responding & directing Message Handling calls on behalf of our partners
Booking emergency engineers & logging information across multiple software platforms
Assisting with False Alarm Management
Commissioning new sites
Working on a 12hr, 4on/4 off rolling shift pattern
Qualifications and Skills
A focus on delivering good customer service is essential
Excellent written communication skills
Great telephone manner
Competent IT/Computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
