Job Description

We are one of the market-leading NSI Gold approved CCTV Monitoring and Alarm Receiving Centres in the UK, where their people are their greatest asset.

We are looking to recruit a Control Room Operator

Working on a 12hr – 4on/4off rolling shift pattern

Yate, nr Bristol

12hr – 4on/4off rolling shift pattern
£21,243 – After successful training
20 days holiday, plus birthday

More Information

Remit includes:
  • Carrying out duties relating to monitoring CCTV & Alarm systems.

  • Dispatching appropriate emergency services and/or keyholders.

  • Fielding inbound telephone & email inquiries.

  • Responding & directing Message Handling calls on behalf of our partners.

  • Booking emergency engineers & logging information across multiple software platforms.

  • Assisting with False Alarm Management.

  • Commissioning new sites.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A focus on delivering good customer service is essential

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Great telephone manner
    Competent IT/Computer skills
    Ability to work under pressure

  • We are looking for people that are good problem solvers, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner, wanting to provide the highest standard of customer service possible.

  • SIA License (Advantageous but training provided for the right candidate/s) but if you have good service, people related experience we would like to talk to you.
